EU Goes to UNDIP is a part of the “European Union Visits Semarang”, an annual public diplomacy trip led by EU Diplomats to Indonesian cities and provinces to foster EU-IDN exchanges with local government, business community, civil society as well as students and faculty members. The visit also aims to promote Europe among Indonesian citizens and to enhance linkages with the province of Central Java and the city of Semarang in areas such as sustainable urban development among others.
The EU 1-day programme activities at Diponegoro University is composed of a Panel Seminar on Sustainable Urbanisation with the participation of EU Ambassadors and a Study in Europe: Scholarships Information Session and Exhibition for Indonesian students who are interested in studying in Europe.
